If you have to cancel your holiday

Cancellation conditions

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Holidays with a view

The following conditions apply:

  • No cancellation costs up to 3 months before the start of your holiday.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 3 days.
  • From 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 90 % of the booked stay.
  • In the event of early departure or late arrival, the room will be charged at the agreed rate.
  • No refunds will be made if cancellation is not made in due time.
